Hey guys, I started this challenge at the beginning of the month with a 32 kg bell. I also added a couple days of complexes - armor building, the gladiator, and a couple others by Pat Flynn. I would pick one or two and do those.

It went well for about 2 weeks until I burnt myself out. I would randomly feel faint and felt 'fried'. I went to the hospital to get checked out and I'm fine. The doctor said it was over exertion.

I took a week off and started the 300 swings with a lighter 26 kg bell and kept heavy lifting days to once a week. Felt good initially but eventually I started to feel burnt out again by the end of the week.

I'm looking for a new June routine, and I love the results I've gotten from the 300 swings but I don't want to end up hurting myself again in the process.

Does anyone have any advice? Programs they recommend? I want to loose weight but i also like the muscle and strength building properties of complexes. Should I just not combine the 2??

I was thinking maybe simple and sinister with some additional complex days.
