The Interiors Group has recently developed a new office space for WME Entertainment in London.
The Interiors Group have delivered and fitted out just over 22,000 sq ft of newly refurbished & relocated offices for new clients WME Entertainment. The client relocated from Center Point to 100 New Oxford Street London.
WME is a worldwide talent agency with offices in London, New York, Beverly Hills, Nashville and Miami. They represent artists across all media platforms specifically movies, television, music, theatre, digital and publishing.
Working with Interior Designers from Gensler and Colliers International as Project Managers, The Interiors Group set about creating new spaces, partitions and lights. There are individual agent offices with assistant desks positioned directly outside the offices. There are various breakout areas and an area designed for client performances, equipped with feature lights in reception and tea points along with a feature staircase.
A bespoke reception desk has been produced by The Interiors Group and welcomes visitors in to a bright & open space. A plush velvet sofa in a warm duck egg colour allows visitors to sit comfortably in the waiting area.

Oak wood flooring has been utilised for the reception using a neutral colour palette of white washed oak & dark walnut.
The main office space is made up of specially designed open plan workstations for support staff situated in front of the agent offices. Partitions have been installed by The Interiors Group creating various collaborative spaces i.e. breakout areas, meeting rooms, and a 72-seater conference room all with glazed partitions so as not to lose natural light yet which still open out the space on the main office floor. The flooring is predominantly made up of dark grey & deep blue coloured carpet through the main office floors varying in different areas.

A kitchenette has also been installed for staff; featuring simple glossy white kitchen units with chrome finishes and two enormous fridge/freezers. Clear glass pendant lighting in various sizes and shapes hangs above a raw copper dining bench with green oak base, combining a perfect blend of function, style and ambience. To the far end of the kitchen there is a staff break-out zone, with comfortable seating & fixed booth seating upholstered in white leather.
